At TKwoolproducts, we are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, no matter where you are located. All of our unique, handmade Icelandic wool items and candles are shipped directly from Borgarnes, Iceland.

 

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Time:

Domestic (Iceland): Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.International (including USA and China): Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days, depending on your location and local postal services.

 

Shipping Cost:

Shipping is completely free for all orders.

Customs & Import Taxes:

International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
